In addition to its education programs, Spring Creek Farm operates a productive ecologically and sustainably managed vegetable farm. Most of the farm's produce is sold via its CSA (community supported agriculture) program, in which members of the community sign up at the beginning of the season and pick up shares weekly throughout the summer and into the early fall. Our CSA pick up location is Grant Hall on the APU campus in Anchorage. We also sell vegetables at the Spenard Farmer's Markets on Saturdays.
2013 will be the seventh year the CSA has grown and sold vegetables!
